It Didn't Turn Out Like I Planned

Sometimes we're mourning what God removed... while God is celebrating what He's making room for.  

Maybe the relationship ended because your purpose couldn't.

Maybe the job closed because your calling wouldn't fit there.

Maybe the delay isn't punishment.

Maybe it's preparation.

We spend so much time asking,

"Lord, why didn't this work out?"

Perhaps a better question is,

"Lord, what are You building that I couldn't see while I was staring at my own blueprint?"

Because here's the truth:

God has never looked at your life and said,

"Oh no... I didn't see that coming."

Nothing has ever caught Him off guard.
