Cry if you need to. Let it out, let out the anger, the pain, the hurt, the disappointment, but before you wipe away the tears, allow your weeping to transcend into a witness to your faith in the one who has gotten you this far and who is going to bring you through whatever you are going through.

Then stand up stronger, knowing that Jesus wept—so there must be hope in your heaviness, comfort in your cries, and a breakthrough wrapped in the very tears you thought were breaking you.
